It’s 3.45am, the bitter January air whips your big ruddy drunk face. You stumble slowly over mounds of snow away from the always angry Blå spring roll lady. Hot oil from the warm polystyrene box clasped in your hand runs intimately down your coat sleeve. You are going to tip half of these greasy noodles down your gullet to act as a stomach alcohol sponge, but the magic doesn’t stop there.
For å lage dette trenger du
Brown bread
Leftover Pad Thai Noodles
Butter
Gjør følgende
Pre-preparation: the night before, buy the oiliest least flavourful pad Thai noodles the Blå spring roll lady has available. Take a long time to Vipps her - the more impatient she gets the less flavourful the noodles become.
Wake up in the morning, take 1000 tiny slow sips of water.
Cut two slices of basic Norwegian pensioner rectangle brown bread. Toast and butter them. The butter should be hard and difficult to spread because you don’t have the heating on.
Tip 100ml of oil out of the leftover pad Thai box, either warm up the noodles or leave them cold to taste.
Top the rectangle toasts with noodles, do not season or garnish. Serve with pre-ground Evergood presskanne coffee. Eat on the sofa.
